Web Portal Account

As part of your hub gateway subscription, you receive access to the acclaimLink web portal that allows you to view, download, and analyze your collected data.  This portal is available to you anywhere there is an Internet connection.  There is no software to download or install.  Additionally, as acclaimLink adds new features and functions to this software portal, they are immediately available to you at no additional charge.

The acclaimLink web portal allows you to configure your account, setup and monitor your hubs and end points remotely, view any data collected in grid or graph form, or view your data realtime in Google Maps or overlayed onto your facility floorplan.  Data can be saved and recalled for later analysis, or it can be exported into a CSV file for external analysis in Microsoft Excel, etc.

acclaimLink Open Interface (AOI)

The acclaimLink Open Interface (AOI) is a set of web services that allows external access to acclaimLink's system data.  This allows for customization and integration to customer accounts, devices, and data by external IT systems.  We currently offer 32 methods to view and/or edit:

 * Customer account info
 * Customer hub / end point configuration
 * Data received
